I handle all of the authorizations for a large practice and I will say that I work with many different authorization vendors, and there are none more professional than all of your associates who work at Corporate Care Management that I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with.

 

Everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I speak with Insurance Company representatives all day long and CCM is absolutely one of the best to work with.

 

This is a good program. It’s nice that the nurse calls to see how I am doing. She answered some good questions for me. I am now retired and I was a welder. Having my insurance and being able to speak with a nurse is a good benefit for retirees.

 

The CCM Intake Coordinator was a great pleasure to work with.  She was quick and efficient and held a decent conversation with me as we worked through getting prior authorization.  She is a great individual to work with.

 

The help we received was exceptional.  We were both very grateful to have someone to reach out to in our time of need and our CCM nurse was the best. Thank you!!

 

This was my first experience with a Workers’ Comp situation.  The coordination and communication on your part was excellent.  [My CCM Nurse] was an excellent source of information and very helpful while I was out of work and after returning to work.  I was able to rely on her for any follow up needed.  She also offered to forward emails as I was not able to logon to my computer (went ABOVE and beyond expectations).

 

My CCM Nurse…is very professional and caring.  She cares just like a family member. [She is] easy to talk to, asks and answers questions very professionally [and] she even shared a few tears with me.

 

I enjoy being able to speak with your Registered Nurse about my progress with Diabetes and my frustrations.
