Deborah Clough-Gitchell RN As Senior Vice President of Workers' Compensation and Disability, Debbie supervises Corporate Care Managements' Absence Management Programs. Absence management includes Workers' Compensation, Disability, Family Medical Leave Act and Special Requests. Debbie's team coordinates care for employees paying special attention to returning employees to work as soon as they are medically able. Debbie and her team assure that modified duty accommodations comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in work environments that have both structured and unstructured modified duty programs. Debbie's success comes from her belief that communication is key. All appropriate parties are kept in the loop through a system of frequent reports sent via email.
