Dawn Bigney BSN, RN As Senior Vice President of Corporate Care Management, Dawn supervises the Case Management staff. She assisted in the development of CCM’s customized software applications for multiple health-related products. Dawn is also responsible for Quality Assurance and the development of internal policies and procedures. Accordingly, she is responsible for training and providing continuing education opportunities for the staff.
