Life Care Planning

Life Care Plans are used in litigation, reserve setting and trust management. Life Care Plans outline anticipated medical, surgical, rehabilitative and daily care needs based on scenarios that vary by treatment option and care setting.

CCM analyzes each case and estimates the cost of care over the life of the patient.  The resulting document supports settlement negotiations, future care planning and trust payments.

Medicare Set Asides 

Congress has mandated that when Medicare is the secondary payer in Workers' Compensation, liability or No-fault situations, the future injury related medical expenses must not be shifted to Medicare. 

CCM's staff of certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultants can help you remain compliant with MSP.  We will prepare a Medicare Set Aside Allocation from start to finish.

Catastrophic Case Management 

CCM nurses manage catastrophic cases to assure that services are provided as needed and that the care plan is updated based on changes in your client's condition.

CCM will provide Case Evaluations, Literature Searches, Coordination of Independent Medical Examinations, Review and Interpretation of Medical Records and Updates of Life Care Plans.
